Yes. The Hospitality Pro plan includes hospitality-specific features: table and zone management, digital menu with QR, KDS (kitchen/bar display), waiter ordering and per-table consumption tracking. Ideal for restaurants, bars and cafés.

No. FactuTPV has no contract term of any kind. You can change plans or cancel whenever you want. The Free plan is permanently free — we'll never charge you for it.

Yes, the HR module is available on every plan — as long as you pay for the employees who will clock in. Essential, Business and Hospitality Pro include it natively (time tracking, absences and holidays with an approval flow, employee documents and payroll). On Free it's enabled as an add-on at the same price. Each plan includes at no extra cost the employees who fall within the plan's users (1 on Free and Essential, 5 on Business, 10 on Hospitality Pro). Additional employees are billed at €1/employee/month annually.

Yes. FactuTPV's clock-in system records clock-ins, clock-outs and breaks with an immutable log and a full audit trail. Any change is recorded along with the reason and who made it, meeting requirements of accuracy, integrity and immutability.
